ADIENNE manufaturing site place in Caponago

is dedicated to produce high-potent cytotoxic oncological drugs, including alkylating agent antineoplastic agents and nitrosourea compounds.

ADIENNE is manufaturing innovative presentations of liophylized drug such as Multichamber Flexible Bag and FillChoice Dose/Room. This are ready to use systems solving all compliance problems from the point of view of patient and healthcare professional safety.

High-potent cytotoxic oncological drugs

These are two lines that produce the lyophilized drug directly connected (through a completely closed system) to the bag of the solvent/diluent liquid, which can be physiological or glucosed solution.

In this way it is no longer necessary for the healthcare professional to use syringes and needles (with the associated risks) as it is sufficient to activate the devices with simple movements and reconstitute the drug ready for infusion.

With these two innovative systems, leakage of toxic liquid is absolutely excluded (with serious risk for the health care worker) and in the same way microbial contamination coming from outside is absolutely excluded (with serious risk for the patient).

System delivery

ADIENNE’ s own production facility is located in Caponago (Italy).

ADIENNE has invested €35 million at its Caponago (Italy) manufacturing facility in order to lyophilize cytotoxic pharmaceutical products in ready to use system as Multichamber Flexible Bag or FillChoice Dose/Room.

ADIENNE is the unique owner of the worlwide patents referred to these ready to use system technology.

Dr. Antonio Francesco Di Naro (Owner and President) said:

We are seeing a growing demand in the market for our ready to use technologies because is offering a significant opportunity to solve complaince problems related to the reconstitution phase of the cytotoxic drugs ”

Multichamber Flexible Bag

ADIENNE’s patented Multi Chamber Flexible Bag defines a new generation of ready to use cytotoxic injectable products.

Fill-Choice

Our Company is constantly engaged in promoting possible initiative to control and mitigate the risks associated with the handling of cytotoxic drugs on health care professionals at the workplaces where these combination products need to be prepared, manipulated and administered.
